Reyes Recuero Sanz Reception and Office Administration

Born in Seville and raised in Marbella, Reyes brings over 25 years of professional experience and an in-depth understanding of the Costa del Sol. She holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Málaga, as well as a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and specialist qualifications in Quality and Business Management.

For more than a decade, she led the After-Sales, Administration, and Client Services department of a law firm specializing in property transactions. In this role, she guided primarily international clients through everything that follows a property purchase, from notary and Land Registry procedures to utilities, taxation, immigration matters and local authority requirements. This experience taught her the value of clear answers, anticipating every need and providing complete peace of mind throughout the process.

Her career also includes senior positions at prestigious hotels across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, within Front Office, Reservations and Sales. It was here that she developed her natural vocation for service, learning to assist discerning clients with discretion, warmth and impeccable attention to detail.

Efficient, highly organised and meticulous, Reyes approaches every task with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. Her empathy and approachable nature allow her to connect effortlessly with clients and colleagues alike, building relationships founded on trust.

Outside work, Reyes enjoys travelling, music and Pilates, although her greatest joy is spending time with her family and the friends she considers her second family.
