Over the past seven years, Building the Future has become one of the Costa del Sol property industry's most inspiring charitable initiatives, bringing together professionals from every corner of the sector with one shared ambition: to use the success of the industry to create opportunities for others. What began as a charity padel tournament has evolved into a year-round programme of fundraising events, community projects and collaborations that continue to make a genuine difference.
Now, registrations are open for the 7th edition, offering another opportunity for companies and individuals to get involved.
A shared purpose
The real estate industry is built on relationships, and Building the Future is a wonderful example of what those relationships can achieve beyond business.

This year's programme includes golf, a fundraising piano concert, the annual gala dinner, a charity 5K run and, of course, the much-anticipated 7th edition of the Building the Future Padel Tournament.

Bringing the industry together

Building the Future supports the Rwenzori Child Care Project in Uganda, where funding has helped construct a fourth classroom pavilion, increasing the school's capacity from 240 to 350 pupils and giving more children access to a safe, well-equipped learning environment.
Closer to home, the initiative also supports a number of charities across the Costa del Sol, including Fundación Cesare Scariolo, Asociación Ubuntu Estepona, Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer, Asociación Victoria Kent, Andaluces con Ucrania and Paula y La Fábrica de Médula, helping children, families and vulnerable members of the community.
