This extensive background has given her a complete understanding of the industry and an exceptional ability to coordinate complex processes with precision.

Her subsequent experience in airport operations and flight dispatch further strengthened one of her defining qualities: the ability to remain calm, anticipate challenges, and make confident decisions—even in the most demanding environments.
