Alexandra Chalhoub Sales Executive
Born in Colombia and raised in Spain, Alexandra has lived in several countries, embracing a mix of cultures from her Lebanese father and Colombian mother. These experiences shaped her adventurous spirit, global outlook, and natural ability to connect with people.
Her passion for aesthetics and design led her to study interior design in Barcelona, later completing a master’s degree in Australia. These international experiences not only broadened her perspective but also deepened her creative vision, giving her the tools to understand how architecture, design, and lifestyle come together.
Her professional journey began in the real estate sector, first in rentals, where she developed a strong sense of client care and service. Over time, her path led her naturally into developments, the area where she found her true vocation. Today, as part of NVOGA’s Developments team, Alexandra specializes in sales and client relations, guiding clients through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives: finding a new home or making a sound investment.
Art and architecture are among her greatest passions. Alexandra draws inspiration from museums, historic buildings, and architectural design, seeing real estate much like a work of art, shaping the way people experience and enjoy their surroundings. This perspective adds depth to her professional approach, allowing her to present each development not just as a property, but as a space with its own character and story.
