Anke Borchert Sales Director, NVOGA Homes

Anke Borchert brings a solid and multifaceted professional background spanning more than three decades, both in the financial sector and in real estate.

Born in Ahlen, Germany, Anke pursued her academic studies in her home country, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She began her career at Siemens, where she worked for 17 years in various financial departments, ultimately becoming a member of the Executive Board.

In 2005, she made a career shift into the real estate sector, joining a Relocation company where she assisted senior executives and worked closely with embassies, banks, and major corporations. She later became Head of Rentals and, subsequently, Sales Director at a multinational real estate agency, leading large sales teams.

Since 2018, Anke has been living in Marbella, a city she had long been connected to as a holiday destination. In 2019, she founded her own real estate agency, and since 2025 she has been part of NVOGA Marbella Realty, heading the Sales Department of NVOGA Homes.

Trilingual in German, Spanish, and English, she firmly believes in cooperation, respect, and a positive mindset as the cornerstones of a strong professional ethic.
